As you all now know, the 2010 World AIDS Day Calendar is available for purchase here. It costs $20, with all the proceeds going to support the Australian AIDS Fund Inc. (AAFI) in their endeavour to improve the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS. Whats great is that you will recieve an official receipt from the AAFI. This means that the $20 you spend on buying a calendar is fully tax deductable in Australia.
Here is another sneak peek – dubbed “Miss May”. Each photo in the calendar comes with important health and prevention information, making it both interesting and educational. The calendar is full A3 size and printed on gloss paper.
Oh, and I almost forgot. Miss May is actually Antonette Gaffney: the brains behind the outfit; the organiser of the calendar. Much to her credit, Antonette organises at least one charity or fundraising event each year. Her committment to helping others should be applauded, or at the very least supported. So go on, buy a calendar here and help Miss May help the AAFI.[singlepic id=290 w=900 float=none]
